Welcome to Ms. Weatherford's Homepage

My love for learning began within ÒõAPPµ¼º½ Valley Union School District when I was a student in the district at Fuerte Elementary. I was inspired by my first grade teacher and although I considered other careers along the way, I always came back to the desire to become a teacher. I completed my undergraduate work at Sonoma State University and then was so eager to educate, I completed an expedited combined Masters degree and teaching credential program. I've now been with the district 16 years and my passion stems from working with students in the primary grade levels. Now being able to inspire others, in the same district that inspired me, gives me such gratitude that I'm making a small dent in this world for our future generations.
