Hello, Montgomery Middle School Community!

I am thrilled to introduce myself, Elisa Allan, as Assistant Principal of Montgomery Middle School. After spending an incredible 10 years teaching math and science right here at Montgomery, I am honored and excited to transition into this new role. It is a privilege to serve the school, its staff, students, and families in a new capacity, and I am committed to fostering a strong, supportive, and inclusive school community.

During my time as a teacher at Montgomery, I had the privilege of working closely with our exceptional students and witnessing their growth and achievements. Being named Montgomery's Teacher of the Year in 2022-2023 was a humbling recognition, but more importantly, it solidified my dedication to providing an outstanding education and fostering a love for learning in every student.

Now, as Assistant Principal, I bring with me a deep understanding of our school's values, culture, and unique challenges. I am passionate about maintaining the strong relationships I have built with students, staff, parents, and families, while also forging new connections with everyone in our community. Collaboration and open communication are vital to our success, and I am eager to listen to your ideas, concerns, and feedback, as your voice matters greatly in shaping our educational journey.

I am genuinely excited to embark on this new chapter alongside all of you. With your support and collaboration, we will continue to elevate the educational experience at Montgomery Middle School, celebrating achievements both big and small. Together, let us build a school community that nurtures, inspires, and empowers our students to reach their full potential.
