Welcome to Fabulous  First Grade. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with you and your child.

I come from a family of teachers and knew I wanted to be a teacher since  I was a little girl. Iwas born and raised in San Diego, in fact, I am a ÒõAPPµ¼º½ Valley Union School District graduate. I have been teaching in the district for twenty eight years. My passions are teaching young children to read, write and have a love of learning.  My goal is to develop life long readers and learners.

I am married, I have one grown son, Ryan, two dogs and a cat. We are avid SDSU basketball fans and enjoy travelling to watch the Aztecs  play ball. If I am not at school you can find me at the yoga studio, beach,walking my dogs or shopping mall.

I know that working together, we can make this year a positive experience for your child.
